Very clean and well maintained hotel. Worth every penny. The room was very clean and toilet and shower spotless. Beds were comfy. The hotel is newly refurbished with a lovely new carpet smell. Peaceful night sleep

Location was awful its based at a motorway services definitely not safe for people that are trying hitchhike/backpack, theres no bus stops for 30 mins, you have to cross dangerous roads/roundabouts and walk through woods to get to the actual bus stop itself which will only take you to the city centre if you dont own a car i wouldn't recommend this hotel. Taxi prices from this hotel is sort of expensive when people with barely money are travelling. The rooms are cheap and excellently looked after but the corridor to our room is shocking theres paint everywhere, DIY tools laying around so the organisation in the corridors was basically just awful. Storage room doors with DIY tools, paint and much more stuff were left open and unattended so definitely dangerous for younger children. The staff at front desk their body language is awful along with their tone of voice/attitude never been spoken down to so much when checking in... but the cleaning staff are lovely they do a hard excellent job, seemed like they were running behind on cleaning rooms when I was checking out so I stripped my bedsheets off for them. Overall, wont be staying there again sorry.

Fantastic staff, extremely clean, spacious rooms, definitely going back. It may be new set up but it felt very professional and it was a home from home
