房间很安静，床比较大， 酒店服务很贴心。离火车站近，走路就能到酒店。酒店旁边就是一大溜餐厅，不远就是热闹的步行街。离景区也不远，都很方便！

马桶坏了，很不方便。
酒店位置很好，离车站只有大约5分钟步行路程，周围有很多餐馆。走到卡迪夫城堡也只要10分钟左右，非常便利。
早餐也很好吃。
房间里的无线网络用不了，我找了前台两次也没解决。最后只能去大堂上网。明明说好可以延迟到下午一点退房，结果十二点的时候客房服务员还是来敲门了。前台人员给的去市区的路线信息也是错的。他们甚至还弄错了我的行李数量。对这家万豪酒店的服务非常失望。
房间挺干净的，设施比较老旧，早饭咖啡还要收费，早餐品种不多，很一般
酒店地理位置优越，去景点很方便。价格合理，还含早餐。不过开车过去有点难找，用Waze导航会好很多。
预订的房型没给到，但住了两晚也就算了。
办理入住时，前台工作人员花了好几分钟才理我。如果他能说句“请稍等，我马上过来”我也会很乐意，而不是在那跟同事聊些看起来是工作上的问题，把我晾在一边。我觉得他当时心不在焉，所以没给我们任何酒店信息——比如电梯位置、早餐时间等等，这些都是常规操作啊。
早餐服务第一天不太好，第二天就好多了。我想可能是因为我们第一天大概十点半才到，工作人员都准备下班了，我都能听到他们在倒计时。没有主动提供热饮；说饮料在自助餐台上，但其实是需要点的。我们又催了一次才把饮料送来，结果还没给杯子，又得去要。
晚上外面酒吧和餐厅很多，挺吵的，所以窗户没法开。虽然调了空调温度，房间还是有点热。
酒店很漂亮，装修也很现代，如果能加强员工培训会更好。
住过最差的万豪！the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. 靠近酒吧街 整个酒店氛围非常吵闹. 吹风筒坏的，冰箱坏的，水龙头喷水出来 沐浴头坏的 房间小 旧. 早餐连自助咖啡机都无，对印度服务员说谢谢 他也毫无反应. 我住过很多万豪 但这家管理设施是最差的！
我预订了两间房。虽然我们被升级到了一间所谓的行政房，但地毯很脏，上面有污渍。洗手盆有裂缝，这和我在2024年上次入住时遇到的情况一样。一个沾着巧克力的旧茶匙在我们的三晚住宿期间从未被更换过，一直放在同一个地方。
位置很好，员工也很乐于助人。一切都很顺利，没有任何问题。
很棒的酒店，地理位置绝佳，就在市中心。强烈推荐，下次还会再来！
