9/10. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful.
Three things that may be improved:
1. When I turned on the AC heater, a BIG stench came out as if someone peed in the AC. It burned about 10 minutes and turned better later.
2. There was no table lamp. So it was dark in the room at night and it was hard to study/work in the room.
3. The swimming pool was not heated.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Even had complimentary snacks. Check in/out was quick and easy.

When I got there , I showed the people at the desk my email itinerary they could not find it and refused to let me check in I waited and waited and finally had to leave and find another hotel I have disputed the charge with the credit card company thanks anyway

酒店回复: Mr. Kent made his reservation through a third party few mints before his arrival so his reservation did not come through straight away it took about 10-15 mints for the reservation to come through; this can be frustrating for the guest.as a pre-payee reservation we asked the guest to wait a little for his reservation populates but he did not want to Waite.and his reservation did come through as soon as he walked out.

This property is very safe and clean. Jesse at the front desk was amazing at our check in. Our son was sick when we checked in and Jesse went above and beyond to help him. He should be a trainer for all employees .

唉……*******把预订搞砸了……酒店根本不知道我们会来。酒店员工帮我们解决了*******这个重大错误。以后再也不会用*******了……我和我老婆事后马上就注销账号。
这家餐厅品质和价格都很完美，强烈推荐，食物美味，服务一流。
每天晚上我放下百叶窗时，它们都很脏。
