We were replaced in an ADA room, which is not what we booked. Our room was not restocked at all for our entire stay of four nights, even after talking to the front desk and also telling a girl who asked us if we needed service that we did. The entry door near our room started breaking down halfway through our stay and it took four or five tries with the key card to even enter through that door. We will not be staying at this property or this chain again.

It was lovely and your hotel is nicely located.
This is the second stay for me but this time my room faced Clovis Ave and it was very noisy with traffic noise.
Other than that it was really lovely

Either Homewood or ******* overbooked our reservation, so they cancelled our room and made reservation at a adjacent hotel. The hotel they booked for us was not up to our standards so we are not very happy. Homewood was
$150 more than the cost off the adjacent hotel. I attempted to talk to ******* with no luck. You owe me $150

Friendly staff. Spacious room. In-room kitchen worked well in our suite. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Basketball court was a plus. Front desk was understaffed, but the employees were helpful.
