我提前一小时打电话询问，因为我到得早，但房间还没准备好。我和家人在车里等了十分钟后才到，前台却让我再等半小时……我跟前台态度很差地争论了一番，告诉他这完全无法接受，我之所以多花钱住这家酒店，就是因为它口碑好，客户服务好。结果呢……
房间非常干净舒适，早餐也很棒。我原本很期待在按摩浴缸里度过一个美好的夜晚，结果到了之后发现它坏了，水很冷，有点失望。我只是想放松一下，只好去别的地方预约按摩，并告诉了前台。之后又有几个人出来享受按摩浴缸，他们非常生气。他们预订这家酒店就是为了按摩浴缸。希望按摩浴缸能尽快修好，因为除了这一点之外，整个入住体验都很棒……
工作人员非常棒！早餐和描述一样。房间很干净，床单也干净。高速公路边的房间噪音对于普通人来说难以忍受。我开的是半挂车，所以对我来说还可以，但不算太好。泳池和热水浴缸挂着牌子，上面写着市政府检查后关闭了，所以我根本没法在泳池里玩。健身中心只有有氧运动器械和瑜伽器材。
总体来说，这里不错，但不值这个价。
这是我第一次在假日酒店遇到非常糟糕的体验。问题出在我们的房间，不过我后来换了房间。前台那位年轻女孩人非常好，尽一切努力让我住得更舒适。
我没有在这里住过，我的卡被扣款了，打了好几次电话都没有人回电，你们从我的卡里扣了 156 美元，糟糕的客户服务，完全无视我说过的我没有租过这个房间的事实。
这是一家不错的酒店，有您需要的一切。房间设施齐全，床很舒服。浴室漂亮又实用。手机和电脑的互联网和充电选项都很好。早餐很棒。
