设施完善，地理位置好，离火车站近，交通便利；前台服务态度好，处理灵活，沟通顺畅，有行李寄存服务，
房间挺大，但装修没有豪华感，装修很普通，连灯光有些角落都没有覆盖，和国内的希尔顿差别很大，感觉住了一个冒牌的希尔顿；没有任何洗漱用品，也没有拖鞋，3磅买了一双；服务人员态度很好哦，大厅环境也很赞；入住人员并不是很多。早餐没有国内丰富，但也足够让人吃饱吃好；咖啡好喝，现做的华夫饼是我的最爱。

酒店地理位置不在市中心也不靠近火车站，但从市中心走过来也不远。酒店本身装修很新，员工服务态度和效率也很好，早餐也是免费提供，种类也算是比较齐全和多样。房间面积也很大，床品也舒服。
第二次入住了，之前门口马路在修，门口进出有点影响，现在已经修好了。
早餐选择较多，还有自助烤华夫机器，很惊喜。晚上点了餐食，餐厅会主动给到托盘，让带回房间吃。
卫生间还是干净的，拖鞋是没有的，要自备。
位置合适，去市中心方便。
房间很大，早餐丰富。
酒店很干净，地理位置也很好，步行一小段距离就有很多酒吧和餐馆。
房间又大又干净，除了刚入住时在水槽里发现了一根长长的深色头发！房间非常安静，窗帘遮光效果很好，外面天亮的时候也只有少量光线透进来。
早餐不错，种类挺多的，能满足不同人的需求，不过咖啡可以再好点。酒吧区也很好，精酿啤酒的选择不少。
酒店停车场的停车位很少，掉头之类的也很不方便，所以我们没法停。我们选择把车停在Solly街的NCP停车场，周末过夜只要2.5英镑，而且车位充足。工作日24小时停车费是11英镑，比希尔顿欢朋酒店的15英镑便宜不少。
总的来说，这是一次愉快的住宿体验，员工也很友好。如果再来这个区域，我肯定还会选择住这里。
