Everything was great. Only thing I had trouble with was a non working remote, which was immediately replaced and connecting a couple devices to the WiFi.

Great staff and good selection at breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was done on our 4th day of stay. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, and could absolutely use a deeper clean. Fridge didn’t seem to be working properly when we arrived, and basic utensils such as a spatula were not available and had to be requested. While the pool and exercise room are great, parking can be difficult depending on the time of day and it is a pricy additional expense to the stay.

The toilet was extremely low & difficult to sit down on comfortably. There is a bar in the hotel but it is barely manned. It doesn’t open when advertised (4pm) and with our 3 night experience, closes well before 10. We had looked forward to watching a lil tv & having a drink or two after an A’s game Saturday night & the bar had already closed before we arrived back at the hotel shortly after 9pm.
Parking a rental car cost $30 a day and the parking is limited. We had difficulty finding a spot several times.
The coffee was good.

The hotel is nice family friendly. Breakfast is great. I just wish the rooms were renovated. They are very old and my and my daughter were itchy every night while sleeping in the bed.

A cleaning staff member tried to enter my room before my scheduled checkout time, and another hotel staff unlocked room without my consent. The manager claimed I had already checked out, which was not true. After wasting time at the front desk, manager agreed to give me 30 extra minutes to pack, but my room key was deactivated before 11 AM, forcing me to go back for a new one.
When I tried to escalate, property management told me to contact corporate. Corporate customer service then told me to go back to the property and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

Cleaning staff left our door open when we got back ,parking was tough not enough handicapped parking ,did like two tv. Breakfast was really good ,front desk were helpful.

The room looked like it had tried to have a renovation complete and material taken off was being reused.
Bathroom walls had stains, cracks in floors, door jams rotted wooden with a poor attempt of being cover with paint, sofa had stains, holes peeking out behind toilet paper holder, stains in tub, carpet on wall boarder falling off with loose stamps on ground.
Additionally poor TV reception.
Breakfast was okay, staff in dining hall was pleasant.

The room was spotless, and I truly appreciated that. I’m giving it four stars mainly because the bathroom felt a bit outdated and the water didn’t drain well, which was a bit gross. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious! Overall, I would happily stay here again.
