The property was under construction which wasn't described beforehand. Pool area was closed. Breakfast was very poor with few options even with 45 minutes of time left. Very disappointing. Room was clean which is the only reason i didn't give this a 1 star rating.

Holiday Inn Express that needs work
I was told when we checked that they were remodeling. Good thing. Overall, the room was clean. However, carpets are stained, room smelled like cigarettes, and towels were threadbare. Bed was very cozy and comfortable.

I wish it would be listed if a property's pool is closed. We have two young kids that were so excited to go swimming. Granted the hotel right next to us allowed us to their pool.

Do not stay here
Not Holiday Inn quality. Blackout curtains torn, not working closing correctly. Bathtub stained, not feeling clean. Lack of on property parking due some construction and contractor taking parking space.

Would not give us our IHG rewards points. Tv didn’t work pool and hot tube out of order room had cereal on the floor.

It was an ok stay. The pool was under renovation, we didnt know about that until we checked in. With that said the property had arrangements with the hotel next store to use the pool.

Slow check in. Could not get a room key due to updated software not working properly. A staff member had to keep letting me into my room.
Shower head was loose and kept spinning due to the water pressure. Hard to get a decent shower
虽然我并非残疾人士，却被安排进了残疾人专用房，不过价格好像稍微便宜一些。令人恼火的是，马桶一直漏水（冒泡），排气扇也异常吵闹。纸巾只用了四张就用完了。电视柜离床很远，所以看电视时需要一直转头。除此之外，房间还不错（就在客房服务旁边）。
大楼很干净，基本设施一应俱全。早餐非常好。工作人员友善且专业。
