酒店坐落在一条非常繁忙的高速公路旁,整晚都能听到很大的噪音。员工很友好。房间很干净,但设施已经比较老旧。有些房间有猫的味道。我们不得不换房间。早餐是典型的美式早餐。房间里有《圣经》这点挺好的。
此次商务出行选择这家酒店,非常满意。前台办理高效快捷,房间整洁安静,隔音效果很好,能安心休息。床铺舒适柔软,洗浴设施齐全,贴心细节体现了高水准的服务,缓解了出差的疲惫。
停留了2个晚上作为中转站。房间干净 早餐丰盛 孩子很喜欢吃。
一家维护良好、干净整洁的万豪酒店。工作人员一如既往地彬彬有礼。酒店和房间都非常干净舒适。床铺也是万豪酒店一贯的舒适风格,让人休息得很好。没有遇到任何问题,下次还会再来。

客房服务人员从来没来过我们的房间。下午2点,我们从外面104华氏度(约40摄氏度)的高温中回来,前台打电话过来时,既没有更换毛巾,也没有提供毛巾。没有任何借口。
去游泳池玩,泳池毛巾没有清洗干净。
那天晚上晚些时候回来,仍然没有客房服务或客房送餐服务。
做得更好,你知道你的酒店有多少人预订,准备好提供服务吧。

酒店的位置很棒。靠近 99 号公路和市中心,那里有很多有趣的购物、咖啡和餐饮场所。
入住时间是3点,但我们3点半就到了,房间还没准备好,大厅里有不少人在等着。因为我们入住时间晚了,所以我要求延迟退房。
