酒店回复: Our indoor and outdoor parking are shared spaces amongst local businesses. There are safety features of both and do not have frequent car break ins. However we do like to remind our guests to be cautious of leaving valuable inside their vehicle as hotels in general are a known target and downtown is busy with foot traffic. We felt that by reminding our guests of best safety practices, we were caring about their well-being and ensuring an enjoyable trip. We are not warning them that our facilities are unsafe. I am sorry this was not understood at check in. I encourage you to follow this safety practice regardless of the hotels you stay at in the future for your peace of mind. I hope you have safe future travels and wish you the best.

The room was spotless and the whole hotel is very chic and clean (even the fitness center). Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of healthy options and inexpensive with wonderful service. It was a very convenient location to the convention center and they even let me check in early since they had a room available 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only small complaint was that the rooms have minimal soundproofing and I was woken in the night from the neighbors at one point. Luckily I am a very good sleeper and was ably to go right back to sleep. Overall it was a very wonderful stay!!!!
