This tends to be our go-to B & B when we travel to Napa. The reasonable price compared to most other lodgings in the area, the included breakfast, complimentary parking, and and easy walk to downtown Napa or easy drive to wineries makes this the perfect spot to stay for a night or two. It is an older property, so don’t expect modern furnishings or decorations. If you like romance, you’ve got a fireplace in every room as well as a big tub. The sheets are of a very high quality. The bed is a little hard for my liking, but that’s not enough to keep me away.

The staff were very attentive. Communication was good via text. Everything was very clean and inviting! Breakfast was amazing each day; plenty to keep you full till happy hour! Loved everything about it!

It was located near de Westown Napa & it was within easy walking distance for shops and restaurants. The service and Quality of breakfasts and snacks was exceptional.

The room was very cozy and I loved having the tub in the room with the tv. I loved the the downstairs area and backyard with seating for breakfast and the fire pit. Parking was very easy to settle and downtown was a very close walk.
