I never do online reviews but wow. This place. It was in rough shape! Clearly a rebranded older property and I just thought Hilton had higher standards. The staff was very nice and efficient or I would’ve given one star. My room smelled BAD, there were hairs all over it, and the shower was scummy old and brown. The TV would glitch and freeze after 5 minutes. The elevator shuddered so bad that people got scared and grabbed the walls. They claimed to have a “gourmet market” and it was Doritos, pop tarts, cup of noodles, and a bunch of beer. Since I was starving I opted for the noodles, but then the microwave didn’t work. Again, the staff was very nice but it’s clear Hilton bought a dated old property and did an incredibly budget upgrade, and it is just nasty. I have pretty low standards but dang- this place was really disappointing. Never again. Makes zero sense that it was rated highly!

The room was very clean but very basic. No reading lights by the beds and hardly enough place to put our belongings. The beds were comfortable enough however we would not stay there again.

At check-in, the ‘receptionist’ was on her cell phone the entire time. Only through head nods and hand motions were we able to check into our room. First impression test failed miserably!
Elevator to our room was extremely cold.
Hallway by room was extremely loud.
Check out was a much better experience…the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful!

Tv was so dim we couldn't watch it. No resolution. Very under staffed. Shower door wouldn't close all the way causing water to spew out on floor.

It gave a feeling like I’m in low budget motel. Perplexity say it has got a minimalistic feel. I would say it got Walmart or Dollar General feel. Stay away from it if you’re little better than Walmart or greyhound crowd.
