Staff was nonchalant and rude !!! Cleaning staff didn’t come to the room at all until check out and came two hours early!! My daughter was in the bathroom when they came in!!! Room was dusty and I’m allergic to dust . Breakfast was greasy pork sausage and eggs etc.

Stay was ok, no microwave in rooms so you have to go all the way to lobby to use one. Pillows were all too soft, housekeeping/staff kept knocking on my door at 9am and checkout is at 11am very annoying

There was bug in the room, spider webs on the ac. Hair in the shower and sink. Forgot to take a picture of the hair in the sink and shower.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I was there for work. My bed was very comfortable the study area was phenomenal. I would have given it a 5***** if it wasn't for the food. The breakfast was the only bad part. It was so generic and felt like I was eating fake food. Not enough items on the menu. If I do not return it's due to foot.

I felt like i should of got back some money for having stayed on the 4th floor and the elevators was down the entire day. And i had to climb those stairs and the side door was not able to be accessed from outside on the side my room was on so, i had to walk to the opposite end of the building and walk up to the 4th floor and then all the way to the other end of hall. And when leaving i had to take 4 trips cause, i couldnt use a luggage cart.

Convenient good value
Convenient location to Columbia and chain food/retail and a good value with clean comfortable rooms and lobby.
这个地方不错，装修得体，早餐也很好。就是地板有点黏糊糊的。
我们首先注意到的是一群男人在停车场抽烟。我们的床单上有污渍，房间和走廊闻起来有点潮湿，还有一股挥之不去的********气味。工作人员很棒而且很友好。
