Check in was quick and easy. Once I got to the room, it had a foul order and there was no hot water. I was not informed there was an issue with the hot water at check in which I did not appreciate.

No sound insulation so you could hear everything and water would only get warm in the shower, no hotter, which was unfortunate. Staff was friendly, bed was comfy and hotel was clean though. Breakfast was also nice.

The room smelled like mold. I bathroom floor was not swept - beds comfortable. Room pleasant. The smell was a lot to deal with.

The first room had a strong, urine-like odor. The staff was helpful and moved us to a new room, but the conditions were only slightly better. Since it was just for one night, we decided to make do. The hallway carpets were noticeably worn and in poor condition. There are plenty of hotel options in this area, but we chose this one because it’s a Hampton Inn. The price was also higher than similar nearby hotels, which made the experience even more disappointing. This stay has completely changed our perception of the Hampton Inn brand—we won’t be falling for the name again in the future.
