The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome during our stay. Unfortunately, we did find a cockroach in our room, which was disappointing and affected our overall experience. On the positive side, the hotel management was responsive and provided us with a full refund, which we appreciated.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk told me—with a smile like he was lying—that he “didn’t see” my reservation, even though I had my confirmation ready. He claimed the only booking in the system was under a completely different person’s name.
I contacted ******* right away, and even they said the reservation was active. When they called the hotel to fix the issue, the clerk was rude and uncooperative with them too. He ended up canceling my reservation altogether. The whole situation felt sketchy and unsafe, and I did not feel comfortable staying there.
I was refunded, but the experience was enough for me to say: do NOT book here. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

Room was small but nice and clean! Staff was super friendly. Quiet hotel! No disturba ces while sleeping. Very nice area!

The room was not what I am use to from a Marriott, the staff were rushing and not a high standard, the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not what the pictures showed when I was booking. You could hear a lot of noise from upstairs and halls. The sheets kept coming off. And we had no service from housekeeping while we stayed. It was just not a happy or comfortable stay. Will not stay again. We did not get to pool because we did everything possible to stay away from hotel.

泳池区域维护不善。按摩浴缸需要更新或清洁。四层楼只有一部电梯。浴室门把手坏了。餐厅座位有限……非常有限。没有座位，甚至连等位都不舒服。冷饮柜里的水没有补充。前台小姐态度很差。200美元一晚的体验太糟糕了。以后不会再预订Springhill酒店了。
淋浴间很脏，墙上还粘着之前住过的客人的头发。一条手巾上沾着血迹，我把它当作干净的毛巾挂在房间里，差点就用它擦脸了。这是我住过的最不卫生的酒店。
我不推荐这家酒店。烟味很重，浴室里有一只黑色的虫子，浴室的窗帘有异味，电梯发出噪音，感觉好像停不下来似的……总之，体验糟透了。
