This property provides easy access to the Des Moines Civic Center by the covered walkways. The room was comfortable, clean and updated. I will definitely stay here again.

I had such a relaxing stay here. The bed was so comfortable and I slept well. Felt safe both outside and in, lovely accommodations.
I’d like to talk about the staff, as I cannot get over how exceptional they all were. Every last person with whom I encountered showed so much kindness; I’ve never been in such a truly happy establishment and it was refreshing to see. Really beautiful atmosphere, thank you!
The area is highly accessible on foot, which was really convenient. Incredible experience as a whole, will definitely be back when I come back through.

Disappointing Bar Services
The room was fine, it is an old hotel but nice and beds were super comfortable. However the bar service was terrible.
We were excited to stop and have a drink after attending a wedding reception. The bar had people in it but was not crazy busy. We sat at a table and the waitress walked by us multiple times without acknowledging us. The bartender wasn't busy but we couldn't get to her to order because all the chairs at the bar were filled with customers. It was really frustrating. We walked out without ordering after 25 minutes.

I love the staff!!! So kind and courteous! The bar area is amazing and so comfortable!! Shuttle guys were amazing My only reason to give it 4 not 5 stars is we stayed in a room that had the smallest bathroom we have ever had and it was not even big enough for my husband and I to be in it at the same time ! Getting ready was so difficult no room at all on the sink for anything but a toothbrush at best!!! I had to lay my blow dryer on the floor!

Great Hotel
Fantastic experience! Came in for a concert, room was great, parking garage across the street, very quiet, easy access to the concert venue through the skywalks. Had a couple of drinks to end the evening, the lounge and staff were great. Would recommend to anyone for a place to stay.

住宿一点都不舒服。空调关得很紧，我们房间的温度高达 51 度。维修人员进来把空调完全关了。房间里变得非常潮湿和温暖，所以我们被告知要重新打开空调，结果房间又变得非常冷。前台工作人员没有给我任何帮助，所以我就把它关了，忍受了下来。
