The welcome package "sWAG bag" for our puppies. Whoever thought that up was pure genius. There is always some anxiety when checking in with a pet, but not today at this Hampton Inn. There was no doubt our girls were welcome with open arms. That cute litle bag with treats, a ball the page of helpful pet info. and then the bow on top and what appeared as tissue paper were in fact doggie "poop" bags. Absolutely BRILLIANT. We as a family could not have felt more welcome. Thank you and kudos to originator

All of the staff, from the check-in process to the breakfast assistant to the manager, were all extremely friendly and courteous beyond reproach!

Our room and the halls have a putrid odor. The bedding is sub-par and the building is outdated

The hotel is worn. Not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. We have stayed at other Hamptons and the facility has typically been clean with a fresh feel to it. While overall it was clean when you looked closer it was worn. The carpet near the elevator was frayed, the furniture and lamps in the room were in need of replacement. Overall it was fine for one night passing through but I would not stay again or longer. Not what I expected from a Hilton property.

Hotel is not right on I95 but close enough. Bed is very firm and pillows very soft. Comfortable room.

50 dollars per day per pet says you don't want pets. That is not what the Brand advertises.

Poor staff checkin experience. I asked to in. Lobby staff looked at me in blank stare and just responded with “ok” with awkward blank silence. Very cold and uncomfortable interaction. No personal interaction skills at all.
