We just crashed for the night but I can imagine this would be a nice place to work out of for traveling businessfolk. It is comfortable, clean, and pretty convenient.

I'd give this hotel a zero star rating for their inability to properly maintain the amenities and their utter lack of customer service.
The level of chemicals in the Hot Tub caused rashes, burning, fried body hair, and faded our swimsuits several years' worth. I called to tell the front desk after we had left and saw the after effects of the hot tub, and the front desk person barely seemed to care, so I came back 2 days later when the general manager was back, and he was absolutely uncaring, combative, and offered no solution or recompense. When I showed him the swimsuit, he immediately said there's no proof it happened at the hotel and he didn't seem to believe about the rashes or damaged hair because I didn't provide a picture. He insisted the chemical levels were monitored but refused to give any details about what the chemical levels were, just insisted they were not at fault. There was absolutely no customer service at all, and the manager's attitude and immediate disbelief was insulting.

Our room was clean, breakfast was good and the hotel was in overall decent shape. However, my family and I were disappointed because upon checking in there was a sign that said their pool and hot tub was out of service. We asked the front desk attendant if anything could be done to accommodate us and we were told no. This would have to be taken up with the manager who was off for a couple days. We were told other area hotels had their amenities up and running. It didn't leave a good experience for my family and I and we travel consistently. I would have appreciated the attendant relaying our contact information onto the manager. This was never offered and I would rate the customer service as low.

Many little businesses near by to dine or ice cream. Entrance and common areas clean and neat as are rooms.
I selected an indoor pool and 2 room suite with kitchen.
Neat clean and comfy beds
Couch not comfy and is dated
Shower head leaked where connected and very low flow so nieces long hair took so much longer to get washed.
Toilet lever was loose and chain to long so it ran until adjusted.
I let front desk know and the housekeeping gal.
Pool pump worked but not keeping pool water clear so it was shut down and this was main reason I picked this place so they were very disappointed as this was for my Niece who is going through CHEMO AND HER daughter.
Myself as a Disabled Veteran it old have been nice for the water as hallways were hot.
Breakfast was nice selection and very good hot and cold.

Overall great hotel experience
I wish this hotel and staff could be at all of our stops as we drive across country! Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff all around. The “free” breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had. My kids loved it too. Myrna was working the morning we ate breakfast in the lobby and she was so kind and helpful. I don’t see us traveling to Iowa again, but if we do- I would only stay here!

Our reserved room was given away and we were downgraded. Since we booked through ******* (3rd party) they weren’t willing to provide any perks for the inconvenience.

The commons area when you walk in smelled pretty bad. Our room smelled absolutely horrible.!!! It was the worst smile I have ever experienced in over 30 years stand at hotels. I will never stay at another Staybridge again. When I told the front desk all she could say is she would let housekeeping know. Our neighbors I talked to the elevator their room smelled so bad that they were vacated for an hour while the hotel balmed their room. There is a problem somewhere. And I’m sure our clothes will now also have that set for the next few days.

Loved having a kitchen and a separate room to sit at my computer while my husband still slept. The breakfast was really tasty and the hostess even sweeter.
The area surrounding the hotel was exceptional for safety, shopping, food and the Tesla super charger!

Poor customer skills ( actually terrible ) , unable to extend a day upon check in, unexpected fee for damage …
The room was pretty bad, I stay in hotels, perhaps 100 nights per year and this was unbelievably poor.
Room heat / AC is likely controlled by a centralized system that allows temperatures to rise to uncomfortable levels during the night .
Then getting a shower was complicated by extremely low water pressure.
This hotel should be avoided until the company demonstrates the desire to run the unit properly .

Surprisingly nice rooms (even though I did spring for a suite) and fairly friendly staff. In their defense, I checked in around midnight, so I could see how that might not be a golden hour of service.
