No microwave was an inconvenience, not enough cable channels, staff was not friendly, no complimentary breakfast. Probably won’t be back.

Please note that microwaves are provided on each floor for guest use. Standard rooms do not have microwaves only suites and if needing these in the future confirming a suite room would provide the accomodation of microwave in room.We hope to welcome you when your travels bring you back to the Raleigh area.

The k lay issue was we were given a queen suite when we reserved a king. Also in the phone I was told a $50 pet fee and was charged $100. That’s a little much for a one night stay

The staff was great the manager fix the issue for sure but the room was very very filthy is unfortunate to leave such a poor review but I will never visit there again sorry staff n management but the dirtiest room I have ever been to in all my travel history…

我们非常喜欢这里的位置，附近有一个购物中心，有很多商店和餐厅可供选择。我对这次住宿的唯一抱怨是气味。你一到大堂就能闻到气味，但当你回到房间时，气味更糟。房间的气味几乎像地下室的味道，有人试图用浓烈的香水味掩盖气味。如果你对气味非常敏感，我会避开，但除此之外，床很舒服，一切都看起来很干净。可能需要翻新一下，才能更好地匹配他们每晚的收费。
