The hotel was nice and clean overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The beds were horrible. Its like they remodeled the hotel without replacing the mattresses. They were old spring mattresses that were so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the couch which was sadly, more comfortable than the beds. If this hotel replaced pillows and mattresses, I would have rated it highly.

I had loved the staff helpfulness and kindness. They were efficient and caring. The armosphere was beautiful. The staff tended to our needs or concerns. It was enjoyable and would go again.

Every one was very helpful and the place was clean. My only griped is Starbucks Breakfast suck unless you like microwaved eggs and cheese.
I would stay there again.

步入酒店的那一刻 就感受到了酒店的不同 前台大姐服务态度很好 但这个酒店也就只有前台大姐服务挺好了 酒店内设施极差 房间内没有配套的用品 甚至窗户都无法打开
参加垒球锦标赛，晚上差不多午夜才到，打了一整天的比赛，又冷又累。被安排在103房间，虽然我们要求远离电梯，但酒店还是“热情地”（讽刺地！）把我们安排在了健身房对面！周日因为比赛比较晚，我们能睡个懒觉，但健身房的噪音（举重声）从早上七点多就吵得我们睡不着。对于一支在寒冷天气里打了一整天比赛，还要开车三个小时回家的队伍来说，这简直是完美的睡眠保障。真是太让人失望了！
我们在房间里发现了蟑螂。而且数量很多……千万别预订这里！
