The look of the property is clean and attractive. The price of all the extras — included in most hotels — are quite high. We had real trouble with the “free” WiFi in the room. Having to be charged extra for enhanced WiFi in order to conduct business online activity in the room was over the top .. also, not at all well explained by promotional material or even the staff when trying to get proper WiFi in the room. We will find other hotels in Raleigh in the future

Check-in was fine. The room was dated and it had roaches in it. I had killed 6 roaches and had asked to move. All rooms wore booked or not yet cleaned so i could not move out right away. I ended up packing up and they held my luggage at check in. The staff was nice though.

Yes the room was spotless staff friendly. Food good, thought there was a free breakfast, based on what i asked for in my choices of hotels.

Breakfast was not included and the place was not as clean as it could be. It was also noisy. And the door to our room did not work properly.

酒店回复: Courtyard by Marriott Hotel don't offer complimentary breakfast. Bistro restaurant offers full service breakfast menu and evening dinner/bar. Thank you!

The hotel was nice and clean overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The beds were horrible. Its like they remodeled the hotel without replacing the mattresses. They were old spring mattresses that were so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the couch which was sadly, more comfortable than the beds. If this hotel replaced pillows and mattresses, I would have rated it highly.

步入酒店的那一刻 就感受到了酒店的不同 前台大姐服务态度很好 但这个酒店也就只有前台大姐服务挺好了 酒店内设施极差 房间内没有配套的用品 甚至窗户都无法打开
参加垒球锦标赛，晚上差不多午夜才到，打了一整天的比赛，又冷又累。被安排在103房间，虽然我们要求远离电梯，但酒店还是“热情地”（讽刺地！）把我们安排在了健身房对面！周日因为比赛比较晚，我们能睡个懒觉，但健身房的噪音（举重声）从早上七点多就吵得我们睡不着。对于一支在寒冷天气里打了一整天比赛，还要开车三个小时回家的队伍来说，这简直是完美的睡眠保障。真是太让人失望了！
房间干净，员工也很友好。总体来说，入住体验很好，没有任何问题。
我们在房间里发现了蟑螂。而且数量很多……千万别预订这里！
