Orange juice was mostly water and toaster broken. Was clean though and the waffles were very good. Great coffee

The room was really nice. My wife and I are both very tall and it was nice to be able to take a shower and stand underneath the shower head. Plenty of hot water. The morning breakfast was great too. Our only complaint was as my wife put it, the bed was a slab of concrete. She didn’t sleep very well and I slept ok but woke up with a stiff neck. Other than that we both liked our stay and would come again if we are in the Omaha area.

There were 2 things that were a problem.
1) A cricket in the bathroom ceiling vent kept us awake most the night. It made us feel that there were bugs in the ceiling and walls all around us.
2) We felt trapped with only one place to eat dinner. Our GPS couldn't get us to the hotel without a lot of false turns. We didn't want to venture out at night to find another place to eat because we were concerned about finding our way back.

Beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but otherwise no complaints. The hotel connects to Amristar through a long hallway that goes through the Holiday Inn next door. It was convenient to hit up the buffet even when it was raining.

A nice relaxing stay
I booked Hampton Inn because previous stays have always been stress free and pleasent. They have a shuttle service that took us to Stir-cove for a concert that evening. We called them later after the concert and were picked up 5 min later. The The hotel is clean, the room was nice and quiet and clean. We plan on booking again for future visits.
