The hotel did not have the reservation I booked thru *******. I had a print out so they did honor my reservation and rate but it would have been different story had they been fully booked. The fitness room was limited, the bike was very wobbly and loose. The water station didn't work and the towels were non-existent on the 2nd day.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much; it was a quiet weekend and we were not disturbed by hallway noise. The staff was attentive and friendly and the multiple meals we had at Twelve01 Kitchen and Tap were phenomenal! Many thanks!

Not sure if this place just needs a carpet replacement, but it smelled musty and generally bad in the hallways and worse in the room. Appreciated the EV charger availability.

Was placed in wrong room. Staff not helpful in correcting issue when asked, was told we could not be moved to appropriate room as booked.

Great Experience. I will be back
The room was up to date and very clean. I felt the bed (in the king) to be very comfortable. The room was quiet with great blackout features. The staff was courteous. I will be staying in the area a lot over the next four years and the price was great for the quality of the room.

Tina was the most kind hostess! After a long road trip, she took care of my pup and I. She was such a friendly face and person to anchor in for the night.
