不让提前入住。打电话时明明告诉我们可以提前入住（我们开了3小时车，想在参加下午1点婚礼前换好衣服）。我们只好在仪式和宴会之间回来，离下午3点只剩5分钟了。结果她竟然很粗鲁地对其他人说还没到3点。我前面那个人都忍不住说“我们都等了很久了，现在都2:55了。”客户服务真是太差劲了！
住得很愉快
我们的马桶一进门就坏了，早餐时间也搞错了，我们白白损失了钱，窗帘透光性极差，电视的无障碍功能也无法关闭。这些看似都是小问题，但我们很少度假，在一个号称五星级酒店遇到这么多问题，实在是我们意料之外的。
抵达酒店后，前台接待员因为酒店“超额预订”而嘲笑我们，并表示要给我们换一间房。我们特意预订这间房是因为有医疗方面的原因，而且酒店事先没有打电话通知我们。我们也没办法预订其他酒店。
房间的淋浴间瓷砖上残留着之前客人的头发。水温花了大约5分钟才变热，而且淋浴水压忽高忽低，水槽也是一样。
淋浴间的水排不出去（积水），我们不得不把塞子完全拔出来。
真是糟糕透了。732房间需要彻底清洁和整理。
工作人员很友善，走进大厅或房间，感觉很温馨，房间整洁，床很舒服，可以躺着小憩或晚上闭目养神
房间里没有肥皂……太糟糕了。取而代之的是化学成分很重的沐浴露和手动泵……太糟糕了
需要改进
前台把我的房间给了另一位客人。办理入住的时间比预期的要长。
