Staff, both in the evening and in the morning, were very nice, attentive, and polite. The hotel is getting a little down in the heels; stains on the carpet, scrapes and dents in the bathroom and desk, towels were yellowed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, quiet, comfortable.

Could have better toiletries...seemed sparse in comparison to other IHG properties. Also, we had 2 separate visits, of which, the toilets in both rooms could stand some repairs. The shower rod in one of the rooms needed repair as well. Breakfast was ok. Need to keep in mind that not all travelers are there for business and may not eat right away (keep it up until it ends, in other words). But, very friendly staff. 😊

The staff at this location were phenomenal - responsive, nice, caring, fun, going above and beyond. For Halloween, they had a pumpkin decorating contest and let everyone vote on it. They got me in a room early. They seemed to really care about the guests and like each other. The breakfast lady was SUPER nice and it felt like a restaurant with her level of service. It made what is ultimately a chain hotel feel very special.

Booking for others is easy!
I booked this room for my son and daughter-in-law so they could get away from the kids for their wedding anniversary. I had a special request to decorate before their arrival, and although check-in time had changed from 3pm to 4pm, they not only honored the 3pm check-in time, but also worked with us and let us decorate before they arrived. The couple was Very satisfied with all aspects of their stay, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Recommended.

我们入住的那晚泳池水很冷，而且夜间停水了。我猜可能是有人在泳池附近搬运东西，因为孩子们游泳的时候有人在搬东西。早餐不错。楼梯区域不太干净。价格合理，我很满意，但如果能再打扫一下就更好了。
