After 3 hours in the lobby, we left. The clerk said she didn’t get the confirmation change. The representative from ******* was very helpful, but the clerk at the hotel kept saying this happens when you book through *******. I showed her my confirmation but she said she has to wait till it comes through her computer. What a disappointment

She did offer to make a new reservation for you being the original reservation was booked for the wrong dates. Unfortunately, we can not change the dates on those reservations. We can only check them in and out. We would be happy to help you make a reservation through us in the future if you choose to come back.

We stayed two nights they didn’t clean up empty trash or bring fresh towels for the next day. When I called they said I would need to come down and get the towels. I struggled to get the cart on the door with suitcases they just sat there.

So being you were only here the 2 nights you wouldn't have gotten stayover service unless you would have requested it upon checking in. We absolutely would have had housekeeping clean your room if you wanted it.

The staff was amazing and was helpful. We came there for a XC meet and have a big group and they were so patient with me and I got everything/everyone situated.

Our room was clean, front desk staff were very sweet, breakfast variety from hot eggs, and sausage to fruit yogurt. Everything was there. Pet friendly, which meant the world to us! We will stay there again.

Manager there was very rude. Didn’t catch her name, but I stayed there on Oct. 4-5th. Woke up a little late and was still gathering my belongings to check out past 12:00 which I was understanding and apologetic to the cleaning staff, and willing to pay the security fee for staying over check out time. The manager came knocking in a very rude manner, asked me to come outside. Preceded to tell me she “needed me out of the room now. Check out is at noon it’s now 12:15. If you’re not out of here right now, I’m going to charge you the 50$ security fee.” With the tone of voice she had with me, I just said “ok” and responded with a blunt tone of voice saying I “was getting my things and I’m leaving right now.” She replied with “well I’m charging you the 50$ and you still have until 12:30. Not 12:31. 12:30. I need you off the premises.” Never coming back, not worth the money. Rather pay more to stay at a place they don’t treat me like I broke in and didn’t just pay for a room there.

They had a remodel going on but didn’t tell me. There was hammering til 7pm on a Saturday. However these rooms are in desperate need of updating for the price of a room. Also the pool said it opened at 9am it was not and front desk said they were busy and didn’t know when it open.

一晚179美元简直荒唐。被子上有个污渍,我们只能猜测是尿液或血液。508房间。我们想吃早餐的时候,那些异教徒和下流**的人挤满了桌子,根本吃不到早餐,所以我们就走了。反正看起来也不好。作为一个20年的希尔顿荣誉会员,我们还是感到失望。
