Room was clean. Bathroom was stocked. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly. We didn't eat breakfast or use the amenities. It was a nice stay!

Leak under fridge, floor was soaked and dirty. Tiles missing on 3rd floor ceiling with a bucket in the floor to catch leaking water.

Disappointed
When we arrived for check-in we were told pool was closed that morning. One of the reasons we choice this hotel. Got to our room and could hear music that was coming from the from door of the hotel as you walk in. We heard that music from check in to check out. Our room was located directly above the outside speaker! Told the lady at the desk and was told she told cooperate said the music had to stay on 24/7. So much for a nice quiet relaxing getaway for my wife and I. The tv had like 15ish channels and no way to stream for Netflix etc. The breakfast was great and the room nicely updated.

这次入住体验糟透了！我办理入住后并没有立刻去房间，而是很晚才回来。放下行李后，我看到一只蟑螂从桌子上窜了过去！我把它打死后冲进了马桶。想打电话给前台，结果电话竟然打不通！于是我们仔细检查了房间，没再发现蟑螂。我已经换上了睡衣，太累了不想去前台，而且停车场也满了。我知道他们不可能给我换房间。我又检查了一遍床，什么也没看到，就睡了。早上5点45分，我们被一个女人对着她丈夫的尖叫声吵醒了。我以为她一会儿就会停下来，但她并没有。现在想想，我当时应该直接报警的，因为我拿起房间里的电话想打给前台，结果忘了……电话根本打不通！！她断断续续地对着她丈夫尖叫了两个小时。前台不可能没听到……绝对不可能！！！早上九点左右，那个女人又在外面的就餐区开始大喊大叫。我知道所有吃早餐的人都听到了。我拉开百叶窗瞪了她一眼，她才停了下来。我去洗澡的时候，发现天花板角落里有霉菌！
我退房的时候，Angela正在上班。她人非常好。她说会因为我的遭遇而给我免住几晚。我告诉她我没想要什么免费的，但我很感激她的好意。结果我并没有得到任何免费住宿。我还是得付钱。我对整个入住体验非常失望！
泳池没有暖气！！
我们带着孩子和他们的孩子预订了这家酒店，就是为了让孩子们能在泳池里游泳。其实我们本来可以住很多其他酒店！！房间里没有暖气，也没有热水。他们试图装作是刚发生的，但我们和其他入住的家庭聊过，他们说酒店早就知道有问题，但却什么都没做。非常失望。
一无是处！床糟透了！管子里没有防滑垫！毛巾架都快掉下来了！晚上吵得要命！简直玷污了怀达姆这个名字！
