Service was pretty good. However, we did call in advance and reserve a pack and play for our child and the worker gave it away before we got there. Needed to run out late at night to buy one. Place was kind of falling apart. A lot of construction and stuff. Found a nail on the floor in the hallway. Pool was ice cold kids couldn't use it. I did really like the Tesla charger and staff were all nice. There were a lot of kids running down the halls and staff wouldn't do anything about it. So some good and bad. Just a lot going on and the stay wasn't very relaxing.

Robin at the front desk went above and beyond. She knew we were here for a funeral and she showed such care and concern. She is definitely management material.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch and they were very accommodating. Everyone was all smiles whenever we saw staff. The bed was comfortable and it was nice a quiet while we were there. The breakfast was also great!
The only negative thing was it’s definitely outdated (carpeting reds to be replaced and the blackout shade was ripped needing to be replaced) and the hallways smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. However , we all felt they were doing the very best with what they have in front of them!
