The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. I didn't like the shower head.

Property and rooms were clean and quiet. My only concern is that our room door and that of the room across from us didn’t automatically click when closed. We had to push the door closed. This was also true for the door at the end of the hallway leading out to the parking lot. This is a huge safety issue

The breakfast wasn't up to the standard advertised. Eggs overcooked, pancake machine except for the last day. Very little selection. Went across the street for breakfast 2 of the days.

我很生气，因为我取消了第二天的行程，理由是泳池没开。后来我得知泳池会开放，但对方保证会开放，所以我又把行程加到了7月3日，这样就能在7月4日整个周末都待在那里。现在到了7月5日，我花了129美元来享受泳池，结果今天泳池又关了。
清洁人员和早餐服务员都很友善，工作也做得不错。前台接待员只是“尽职尽责”，仅此而已。
我预订的是双人房，结果却拿到了单人房，而且被告知就是这样！直到我办理入住手续进入房间后才被告知此事。
热水停了。我们不得不打电话给前台投诉噪音。我们预订了两晚，但因为情况太糟糕，第二晚没住。
