I'd love the opportunity to discuss this more with you to ensure this is remembered as positive stay. 房子正在装修。房间还可以,发现女服务员清洁浴室用的手套还在浴室里。沙发坏了。门锁插销坏了,缺了一块。我去了泳池,泳池绝对需要彻底翻新。另一位客人和我们一起坐在热水浴缸里,我看到他从热水浴缸里拽出一缕头发。我赶紧出来了!泳池区没有毛巾。就我们付的价钱来说,这根本不值得!太令人失望了。
房屋正在施工。房间:沙发坏了,清洁浴室的女服务员用的手套还在浴室里,毛巾需要更换,门锁坏了,还有一块东西丢失了。泳池区域有点不尽如人意,我坐在热水浴缸里,看到另一位客人拔掉了一撮头发。
我很失望,竟然要付全价入住一家正在施工的酒店(我到酒店才知道)。由于施工,停车位有限,停车场里堆满了垃圾。他们白天都在施工,用风镐凿岩,我没法在活动间隙小憩一会儿。我退房时提到了这一切,工作人员告诉我她会告诉她的经理,但我至今没有收到任何消息。
