The room wasn’t clean, the bathtub and toilet were dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area was rude and seemed incredibly unpleasant. The hotel hallways need the carpets cleaned, they smell terrible.

This hotel is ok. If you need a quick clean stay for the night its perfect if your not spending much time in the hotel.Holiday Inn used to be a top of the line hotel and they have went down hill alot. Pool was small. Exhaust fan in my rooms bathroom didnt work. Small space. Temperature was hard to regulate. There was condensation built up over the door way of the bathrooom. On the positive side the staff was friendly check in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty good and it was quiet. I would stay again if i just needed a place to sleep so id say its average and i could've gotten the same elsewhere with a lower price tag.

All in all good stay, bathrooms not as described. Stated tub/shower combinatin, straight shower no comvbination. Pictured with sink n shower in same room but seperate rooms kinda inconvenient.

Unable to regulate room temperature: lights were blinking and flashing from heat/air unit all night. The biggest issue was not being able to take a shower. We could not even turn the water on in the shower. The clerk stated, “I am so sorry. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a discount because you booked through *******, but I can put points in your IHG account.” Offer of points was at least an effort, but we will never use them.
Disappointed!

Ants and Crumbs
The first room we were in had ants. Like a whole bunch of ants. They were on the desk and TV desk. They were in the carpet and it was really gross.
The next room we were given gad crumbs in the carpet, the refrigerator was dirty and there was hair in the bathroom floor. This room had clearly not been vacuumed.
We were desperate to get to our event on time and didn’t have time to hassle again with switching rooms. Our event did not end until 12:30 am. We slept and got up and didn’t shower or unpack in the room fearing there would ants or other bugs since the room was not cleaned.
Additionally we were trying to hurry and get out and the cleaning lady just came in. Didn’t knock or announce, just came in. I find this odd and not normal practice. We checked out at 8:30 am. Does she not have a list of rooms that are ready to be cleaned?
For the price and status of staying at the holiday inn- this facility should be better.

Very friendly front desk person! NO one told us how to turn off the night light. Perhaps the main fault we noticed is how close the toilet is to the wall with the wall mounted tissue holder sticking out even more. As Americans are getting larger and larger it is almost impossible to maneuver sitting down on the commode. The commode is also too low to the floor.
