The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very good and their staff was also great. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to stay hete again!

Once was enough

There was an event downstairs and the microphone was so loud it sounded as if the emcee was in our room with us. It was humid in our room and the shower drain had a terrible odor. We had to request a plunger because the water pressure was so low it wouldn’t flush. Ate in the restaurant downstairs, it was decent but over priced.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. They are currently renovationg and aside from just seeing it in the lobby, we never heard or smelled anything. The staff was amazing and quick to answer any questions. We loved Tonys too downstairs for breakfast both mornings.

Due to a long check-out line, we were unable to speak with hotel staff before departing for our softball tournament. We observed spiders in our room on three separate occasions. Unattended alcohol bottles were present by the pool, and excessive noise from running and yelling made sleep impossible. Breakfast service was excessively slow, with a wait time exceeding 20 minutes despite few occupied tables. While we possessed $40 in breakfast vouchers, we were still charged approximately $10 despite our total being less than the voucher amount. Following contact with their chat service, a case number was assigned, but promised follow-up was not received. After repeated attempts, a manager offered IHG points as compensation, which remain uncredited to my account after over a week, despite further follow-up.

Reserved 2 rooms on same ******* reservation , put us on different floors. Would not attempt to change.

Given vouchers for brunch buffet, told to make reservations, none available. We did go to restaurant to see if we could get buffet food and sit outside. Told no ! We offered to help ourselves and bring dishes back inside. Asked person at front desk whom allowed us to do so. Food was very minimal, waffle, no butter, eggs and meat.

Hotel is under construction

The room was clean and everything seemed to be in working order, but the bed was elevated, so it was difficult to climb into and the walls were extremely thin so we could smell people making extremely burnt coffee in the rooms next to us and that woke us up very early in the mornings and the hotel states it has breakfast, but it’s through the restaurant and that did not open up until 9 AM so anyone trying to get an early start that is not possible with this. Also, there was only one working elevator so you’re waiting for a line to be able to get up to your room if you’re on the fourth or third floor plus there were no working soda or vending machine machines on the floors.
