Room was okay, nothing special. Sort of older and run down so the price was pretty high for what you got. WiFi was inconsistent, constantly kicking us off. Room had an odd smell and overall needs updating. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Not having the hot tub going was very aggravating and made us mad. We booked your hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. These things need to be kept up and open if you’re going to advertise that you have them. Also didn’t like that the outside door near our room didn’t need a key to get in. That security issue is unsettling

Room was not clean. Trash under the sink and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Elevator sounded and jarred like it was going to break any minute. Jacuzzi had been down for some time but no mention of it on their website or when you came in. There should be some kinda discount when all the amenities are not functioning. After all you're paying for it.

这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验!!!他们没有我们预订的房间,只免费给了我们另一间房住一晚,然后就把我们所有的东西都拿走装进垃圾袋里,事先没有任何通知!
