Love the location since it was close to where we needed to be and with shops and places to eat close by that was also nice. Bed was very hard and pillows were so flat we had to go buy pillows for the stay. TV is outdated with no features for streaming and the lighting could be updated in the rooms. Staff was courteous and the underground parking was nice since it snowed.

What I didn't like was that there was only the desk chair to use. A comfortable chair was missing!

The room was spotless, the breakfast is great, and the staff is super friendly. A must stay!
虽然酒店地理位置优越，一切都很干净，早餐也相当不错，员工也很棒，但我还是觉得不能给一个非常好的评价。我们预订这家酒店的主要原因是因为它有室内恒温泳池，但很不幸泳池加热器坏了，所以泳池无法使用。虽然这不是他们的错，但确实影响了我们的整体体验，让人很扫兴。我其实还是非常推荐这家酒店的，只是在办理入住的时候才被告知泳池不能用，这让我有些失望。
