The staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The food and drinks from the restaurant were great. Would stay again if in the area.

Staff was great. However, the heating unit in the bedroom would start with a loud clunck every time it cycled on, disturbing my sleep.

Breakfast was not free 16.00. Which I new. It was a buffet type all you can eat. Cant beat the price . Same breakfast 30.00 next door.Rooms were clean ,fresh, comfortable beds. Restaurant downstairs Beni

The breakfast wait staff was very rude. They told me I couldn’t fill up my water at the water station. This was right after I paid for breakfast. Front entrance door also did not open all the way. The room was very nice, but the breakfast staff ruined the experience.

酒店回复: I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Breakfast staff I will address the issue with staff but not being able to fill water bottle that makes no sense because it's for all guest to use whenever they want. I do apologize for this and will talk to Breakfast staff

我不会再住那里了，仅仅是因为我们去吃早餐时詹妮弗对我的态度。我问她这是什么培根，她却像我**不识字一样，反问我上面写了什么。我把这件事反映给酒店，但他们似乎并不在意。上面显然没有写明，所以我才问的，因为我不吃某些肉。她完全没必要那样粗鲁，告诉我培根的种类比那样粗鲁待人要省事得多。
一共入住5天，没有一天能用上网的，wifi等于是摆设，早餐也太一般了，根本不值得花一百多去买，大家避坑吧
住了很多次，很干净
地理位置、房间和浴室都很棒。工作人员友善又乐于助人。唯一不满的是，每人花了14美元吃自助餐，但餐点质量很差。虽然这是可选的，但听到价格后，我期望能有一顿美味的早餐，而不是那种让我宁愿出去吃的早餐。
