The room and building were shabby. The hall smelled like a toilet. The bathtub had suspicious stains in it. I wish I’d chosen one of the other hotels at the same exit. I chose this one because it was a chain but it was more expensive and unimpressive for the price.

Mold on the shower curtain. Fixtures were not clean. Staff was fine. Everything else ok. Not bad. Not great. Elevator was slow. The inspection certificatw was expired

This unit was 144 a night, it was a family trip with two adults and two toddlers. The room did smell like it had pets in it before.No shame we had pets as well, but the amenities that were listed online were not available, including pool and spa, which we thought it was only the spa that was out. The room was actually very dirty handprints.Everywhere, short and curlies or beard hairs everywhere.The pelosi mattress had so much dust and hair accumulated under it.

Not what I expected
The staff were friendly and professional. However the bathroom really needs updating and the mattress was terrible! It was lumpy and old! Breakfast was fair; none of the items seemed to be fresh or cooked properly. The room was spacious.

The property was ok but no where to walk dogs. Our room was not clean. Big pile of hair in shower and on floor. Sofa was all stained. Tables a little greasy. The decor was relatively new. Breakfast ok but not very hot (eggs).

The property needs a remodel asap. The staff is excellent and they do what they can with whats there, but the rooms definitely need to be updated especially when you consider the price we paid. There was rust spots all over the tub floor. Just ekk.

整个酒店都需要翻新。我们走进房间时，闻到一股霉味，非常难闻。淋浴间似乎是新换的，但安装得不太好。靠在上面时，墙会移动。墙和浴缸之间有很大缝隙，因为安装后没有修补/更换灌浆。淋浴喷头冒出蒸汽几分钟后，我和孩子们就开始忍不住打喷嚏。不知道是因为霉味/可能发霉了，还是因为某些清洁用品等等让我们所有人都感到不舒服。床很硬，很不舒服。整个地方感觉很不干净。
