The ceiling lights/light switches for the hallway and lounge area of my room did not work. Everything else was fine. I was only here for 1 night, so i didn't make an issue of it.

A/C was loud all night and kept me awake throughout the night

The only problem I had was that, the bathtub looked dirty. It was stained with a ring around the tub and stuff around the drain. Maybe a lil clorox and a scrub will get the job done.

Comfortable
The staff was super helpful and nice! The room I got was comfortable and clean except for one little thing but other than that my stay was excellent. Was really quiet. The hot tub was cozy. The paid breakfast was better than average. Applebees was within walking distance roughly 3 minutes. I just wish the pillows were a bit more firmer.

The room was great for the price, The only two things that were a bit of a let down were 1) no waste bin in the bathroom (that’s a first for me), and 2) no hairdryer in the room, and neither front desk nor housekeeping were picking up so I had to go to the desk to request one. It was then delivered quickly.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a last minute booking at 10 pm and they got us checked in super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Julia ( serving breakfast) was really friendly and really helped get our morning off to a great start.
