The bathroom needs exhaust fan to remove moisture from showers. Location of shampoos and such better toward back rather than right under shower head.

Comfortable stay with amazing breakfast
Front desk was helpful and polite. Only complaint was the swimming pool and hot tub being under construction and no warning of it online.

We have stayed here several time and find this place convenient and nice. Breakfast options are good. My only complaint is that our room, #108, did not have a sheer curtain on the window, so we couldn't open the curtain in the morning since, being on the first floor, there was not privacy to the outside.

The floor and our room had the worst most overpowering chemical cleaning smell I have ever experienced. My nose and eyes were burning. I contacted ******* and Hilton to try and get a refund so we could change hotels and absolutely no one could help me because there wasn’t a manager on staff available, which is completely unacceptable.

All went well until we got to our room. I opened the door and I thought somebody was still in the room. Trash all on the furniture and floor. Told the evening/night front desk supervisor. And right away he put us in a 2 room Room (king bed in 1 room and a sitting area/kitchenette in the other room. The only negative is our room was next to the train tracks and we couldn’t close the drapes far enough to keep the light outside from getting in the room. Night Supervisor got on top of things quickly otherwise. The breakfast girls didn’t understand English so she didn’t understand the fact that they were out of waffle the waffle mixture.

Would stay again without a doubt
Great stay! Very comfortable bedding and towels. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Delicious breakfast in a tidy space with a lot of choices. Easy check in and check out.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the picture I seen online of the pool. It was very disappointing upon arrival to hear that the pool was closed due to the it needing some chemicals.

WE KNOW WHERE TO STAY WHEN WE VISIT KC
We visited several local restaurants with amazing food in the area. Loved the hotel, the cleanliness and quietness of it, and the staff. Only complaints (and they are not really complaints) is the bed comfort was not what we are used to and we had a hard time figuring out how to make the shower work (it had a handicap handheld option - which also would not stay in its holder). But that was a minor thing, like I said, not really a complaint. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Kansas City.
