Elevator was not working. Breakfast terrible. Worse then mostvhotelbhave for free. Coffee always cold in the lobby. Room was ok.

Spotless everywhere. Very clean room. Elevator out of order on 1st floor for entire stay (5 days). One of the treadmills became out of order on 3rd day. Didn't get breakfast coupons upon check-in, but acquired on 3rd day after inquiring. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

Phil told me I had to check out a day early when it clearly stated the dates of my stay. Was extremely rude. Then kept my money for liability and damages.

Booked quickly after a nightmare Air B&B experience. This place didn’t disappoint! Extremely clean, very nice bathrooms and decor, and the bedding was clean and fresh! Super comfy bed! The staff were all very courteous and friendly! We booked a second night.

The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.
