Jane,who works in the morning breakfast area does an excellent job. Breakfast was very busy and she was very friendly and helpful at keeping the food stocked.
Rooms and hallways smelled like ****. Didn’t feel comfortable parking car in parking lot. Since you charge a parking fee, on site security would be nice.

The place was unclean , old dusty furniture. The toilet was stopped up our entire stay. The furniture was chipped.

Beautiful harbor view on one side and the other the noise of a busy freeway. They charged for an open parking too and very limited.

这个街区靠近黑人危险区,但是酒店环境还挺不错的,有个小海湾,但不建议在酒店附近随便走,有点危险的,出行还是打车吧
他们换了一个坏掉的冰箱,虽然速度不快但还是换了。水池堵塞也是同样麻烦。客房服务承诺每隔一天一次,但经过我们要求,他们最终在入住四晚后才完成。
他们声称我们预付的费用没有到账,并强迫我联系携程网进行核实。这有点奇怪。
我们的房间是街景房,这意味着窗外是高速公路和铁路线(见图)。关上窗户后,噪音对我们来说不是问题,空调也很好用。

我住的一楼窗户没有锁,纱窗被人动过手脚,然后我和未婚妻半夜被警察在走廊对面逮捕某人的声音吵醒,然后我们醒来发现房间门半开着,然后我们被换到了另一个房间,阳台看起来已经腐烂了。然后我们要求多加几个枕头,在抱怨并要求搬走后,他们给了我们装在垃圾袋里的枕头,里面还有嚼过的口香糖。整个房子外面到处都是狗屎。
我们的房间已经过时,需要维修。我们隔壁的一位客人连续两天吸食**和香烟。我们要求换房间,但没有得到安排。我们不得不提前一天离开(住了 8 晚之后),并要求退还最后一晚的房费。目前还没有收到退款。
我们预订了一间高级单间公寓,但他们没有给我们,没有任何通知,他们给了我们一个较低层和较小的房间,为此我不得不在接待处提出索赔,即使这样他们也没有完全解决它,他们只是给我们换了另一间更大的房间,但没有我付的钱的海湾景色,看起来不太负责任,对游客这样做也是不专业的。
