The room was OK at best. Furniture was very dated. Laminate was coming off in the kitchen no central air portable air conditioner that worked OK friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Worst stay ever! Air conditioner didn’t work. They said we had to leave it at 66° overnight and it would be fixed in the morning. Next we opened the heavy mirror closet door to hang clothes, and the door completely fell off and hit my husband. Next morning AC couldn’t be fixed. Moved us to another room. AC broken there! When they tried to repair this one, it was so bad they had to replace the whole unit which took 4 hours! We kept loosing WiFi when we left the room and had to keep going to the desk to get promotional codes because we booked through ******* instead of directly through the hotel. The one positive is that the housekeepers were friendly and the room was spotless.

I stayed at several hotels while visiting Oakland and this one topped the rest. I will certainly be staying there again in the future!

这个街区靠近黑人危险区,但是酒店环境还挺不错的,有个小海湾,但不建议在酒店附近随便走,有点危险的,出行还是打车吧
他们换了一个坏掉的冰箱,虽然速度不快但还是换了。水池堵塞也是同样麻烦。客房服务承诺每隔一天一次,但经过我们要求,他们最终在入住四晚后才完成。
他们声称我们预付的费用没有到账,并强迫我联系携程网进行核实。这有点奇怪。
我们的房间是街景房,这意味着窗外是高速公路和铁路线(见图)。关上窗户后,噪音对我们来说不是问题,空调也很好用。
想了解周边有用的信息可以问问那位非常友善的清洁工;)
员工服务态度很好,大堂也很漂亮。但是,我们的一张床单竟然是床裙,洗发水也少了,但护发素却是双份的,浴室的墙纸也开始剥落了。
我住的一楼窗户没有锁,纱窗被人动过手脚,然后我和未婚妻半夜被警察在走廊对面逮捕某人的声音吵醒,然后我们醒来发现房间门半开着,然后我们被换到了另一个房间,阳台看起来已经腐烂了。然后我们要求多加几个枕头,在抱怨并要求搬走后,他们给了我们装在垃圾袋里的枕头,里面还有嚼过的口香糖。整个房子外面到处都是狗屎。
我们的房间已经过时,需要维修。我们隔壁的一位客人连续两天吸食**和香烟。我们要求换房间,但没有得到安排。我们不得不提前一天离开(住了 8 晚之后),并要求退还最后一晚的房费。目前还没有收到退款。
