This hotel is very modern and clean. The pool is amazing and a wonderful fitness room. The restaurant is a bit pricy with not great selections.

Mostly, the staff was so professional and courteous! We had an unusual circumstance and my entire stay was refunded by the General Manager. We will be customers for life because of their heartfelt response to an unexpected tragedy during our stay. I can't express in words the love they showed me and my family.

I’m still waiting to hear back from management at hotel. I never was able to stay here. The room had no bed, couch didn’t have mattress and was broken. And the customer service was terrible. Said I don’t know what to tell you. That’s the only room we have

I made this reservation about 45 minutes before my husband would check in because he’s on the road and needed a place to sleep after driving 10 hours.
All of the hotels around the area are ridiculously expensive and this one was the cheapest at $350.00/night.
I booked through ******* and paid extra for breakfast in the morning and when he checked in, they did not see his reservation even though he had all of the information and the lady at the counter (didn’t have a name tag - didn’t tell him her name) was rude, unpleasant, bothered and short with him. She couldn’t answer basic questions, didn’t give him his breakfast vouchers, didn’t tell him where breakfast was served or the hours it’s available and charged us for a room TWICE.
When I asked about the $350 charge - she couldn’t give me a clear explanation as to why they charged that to our card. All she said was “hopefully it will fall off”
She did not give her name, she did not apologize, she answered the phone with “hello”, she didn’t welcome us into the hotel, she didn’t smile - it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience.
I have never been more disappointed in hotel customer service - and I worked in the hospitality industry for years. It’s absolutely unacceptable.
And for nearly $700.00 - I expected better.
Hopefully $350 will go back to our card because that was ridiculous to be charged AGAIN.

我们在这里住过好几次了。情况越来越糟。我们检查了床上有没有虫子,发现床垫套上有一处明显的污渍。枕头太扁了,只有羽毛。床垫有部分塌陷了。以后再也不会住这里了。

我晚上10点入住,中午12点退房。由于走廊和电梯里到处都是噪音,我总共只睡了3个小时。大厅里到处都是孩子们跑来跑去。前台小姐对着所有人大喊大叫,说有人报了警。这根本不值我住的价格。
我们整晚都能听到人们在走廊里走来走去,还有开门关门的声音。房间干净漂亮,但这家酒店很大,人很多,也很吵。
