Ground we're clean and well maintained. Room was clean and in good repair. Parking lot was large and finding parking was reasonable. Staff were friendly.

My flight was cancelled due to the shut down. I tried to cancel the reservation but was not able to log in because my boss made the reservation. The room went unused. Can we get a credit?

从前台到早餐的服务人员，态度都很差。
房间设施很无语，马桶老是堵，洗发水也用不了。
早餐难吃，花样很少，要不齁咸要不就齁甜，一点蔬菜都没有。
早餐可选择的只有几样，不像大饭店应有的样子
房间非常干净。员工很友好。
