Hotel was much more outdated than it seemed online. Upstairs neighbors were insanely loud and area around hotel had sketchy people in and out. No breakfast or coffee in the morning, no trash can in the bathroom, tv only had 1 channel in the room. Would not stay again in the future unfortunately.

We do have fresh, complimentary coffee & fresh fruit every morning in our "Candlewood Cupboard". There are also a variety of breakfast items such as breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, cereal, oatmeal & more, that can be purchased. If you experienced a problem with your TV only getting one channel, that usually means it wasn't on the correct HDMI input. The front desk staff could have fixed that for you very easily. We also have trash cans in every guest bathroom. If you had noisy neighbors upstairs, we would have happily asked them to quiet down or moved you into another room. The room was more like a studio apartment and great staff and very clean and no bugs great place just got me as a long term guest anytime I'm in Salina. I. A travel nurse it's hard to impress me but they did

I used my ******* account to book this stay using my ******* OneKey cash and had a receipt that the room was paid in full. When I checked in, they ran my credit card for the full amount of the room and stated that they did that on all ******* bookings and it would drop off as a charge in a few days. I was expecting to be charged maybe $50 for incidentals, but they charged my card the full $188. This is ridiculous - had I known that, I wouldn't have used my OneKey cash or pre-paid through *******.
