This was, by far, the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room, lobby, etc. were dirty, very worn and not welcoming. We went for the breakfast at 9:30 am (the breakfast was supposed to close at 10 am) and there was barely any food, the buffet area was dirty and the woman caring for the buffet was rude and unhelpful.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, and rooms are large. Property is starting to show its age, but still much nicer than a lot of other hotels in the area. Free breakfast is nice, and many great dining options close to the hotel.

clean room, nice staff and breakfast bar was continually restocked. Safer part of Topeka and and decent restaurants near by.

Large pet fee that was unpublished when the room was booked so had no option, but to pay. Evening staff was not friendly or professional in their behavior, appearance and cleanliness.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Recommend area as a safe place for sole female travelers.

我们经常光顾汉普顿酒店，但这家酒店太脏太恶心了，前台的那个家伙非常不友好，而且看起来很脏。这次入住体验一点也不愉快。我早餐喝了咖啡和鸡蛋，结果开车的时候吐了。太糟糕了，这家酒店需要彻底翻新。完全不符合汉普顿酒店的标准。
走廊里烟雾弥漫。准备早餐的工作人员用扬声器打电话听视频等等。这太不礼貌了，因为人们正想着一边享用早餐，一边听着电视新闻。
