First off they switched our room (which was paid for) from two beds to one because “they were oversold.” The employee said she was sorry, but did nothing to make up for it. The room was subpar. There was a hole by an outlet. Huge clump of hair in the drain. It was a handicap room with a role in shower (which we didn’t need) - the drip edge at the entry to the shower was gone and water just spilled out onto the floor. The shad on the window was broken and would not open. They had a guest laundry - but with only one set of machines. The machines required quarters, but there was no change machine and the front desk had no change. All in all, I think you could find a better place to stay.

We went to check into our room at midnight and somehow it was canceled, with no room left. With a huge event in town and no rooms anywhere, we ended up having to drive home getting home at 5 AM!
I had my confirmation number and email but still told me they didn’t have it. Super frustrating!!

Everything was great, breakfast good, swimming pool was nice & all the other guests were friendly. The location was perfect & we had a wonderful time!

Dissapointed.
The room appeared clean when we entered but then found blood and a long black hair on the sheet. The blood on the sheet was also on the mattress cover. There was a bug that I smashed on the mattress.
The picture had broken glass, the kurig did not work, the wall paper on the south east wall was rolling at the top 1/4.

I stayed on business so I didn't get out and about and left early in the morning. It seemed decent for the 6 hours I slept before I hit the road
