This was a 5 star stay. Very friendly reception, exceptionally clean room, eating options close to hotel.

Comfortable king bed and easy chair. Keurig coffee maker is a great idea--every hotel should have them. And a reasonable price. Hard to beat.

I liked the south facing room windows for the first reservation but I was unfortunately moved to a room that faced inside and no possibility to see the Sun or fresh air so that was very disappointing. I also booked a room far away from the elevator and there is a loud noise on the elevators when they arrive and leave and now the second room I have is just next door to the elevators around the corner. And I also have electromagnetic radiation poisoning in the past and my second room is now with electric machines at the window so I can't even see straight out the window I'm just looking at two or three big Square electric machines that are humming all the time. I do like Country Inn suites. I've stayed at Country Inn Suites before. I like the fact there is a breakfast and I like also that I can get coffee anytime because I don't use the little cups that go inside a coffee maker. So I drink tea when I'm here or coffee that's ready made. It's a good breakfast. I did have a bit of difficulty when checking in the first time due to the fact that I was asked to move my stuff off of the dolly by the manager as the woman who was checking me in Jackie was checking me in but the manager said I could not check in till 3:00 p.m. contrary to woman I spoke said would be arriving early 9am ish. manager insisted cannot move in before 3:00 p. as Jackie was checking in and must get everything off dolly. Had a accessible room with walk-in shower was wonderful. Made it easy to shower without having to climb in and out of a tub. The room its self was also very roomy. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in Wichita again. Great stay for the money.

While the hotel staff were nice, I was really disappointed with the room conditions. The room had a persistent urine smell that was noticeable immediately, and the floor was so dirty and stained it looked more like an outdoor surface than something you’d expect in a hotel. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room, but it made me so uncomfortable that I need to keep my shoes on the entire time. I won’t be booking here again

Room and facilities were clean Breakfast good, well stocked. Cookies acailanle when we checked in. Did not have 5, 10, or 15lb dumbells in the very small exercise, which are what I needed for my workout. Also had to walk through the center of the breakfast area to access it.
