Nice hotel with many shopping & dining options nearby. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wichita. Nice comfortable room & the bed was really comfy, roomy bathroom & the mini fridge actually was cold for a change.

There was mold. There was a big ant problem in our room, they were all over my clothes and in my bags.

Didn’t give me my money back when i clearly put my date of birth in the booking and once I got there they want to deny my stay. Horrible service, manager needs to be fired

Everything was really good. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast offered had a good variety of options and was tasty. The woman (missed her name) did an amazing job of keeping everything stocked and looking good. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

Room 225 the knob for the shower doesn't work and the water barely comes out of the shower head because it still comes out of the nozzle. The toiletries were not replaced upon previous cleaning. There were spots on the walls and on the floor. When we went down to breakfast the gentleman with the earrings butter and no half and half. The eggs were soggy and gross for breakfast. I've been at Hampton Inns many many times and this was the worst by far. The breakfast stop was rude and annoyed that we are having breakfast at 9:35 a.m. when breakfast closes at 10:00. Just makes no sense that this was so far beyond quality compared to the other Hampton Inns
