Staff was very nice room, conveniently located. But the bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a soured rag. It looked clean, but the smell was bad. Since I only had to stay there a short while I didn’t complain to the management.

Very spacious and clean room. I over slept a bit and missed breakfast, but as the crew was cleaning up, she offered me some food that was still available. I thought that was very sweet and nice of her. Great stay for just overnight.

Room was clean and large. Lots of receptacles in the right place. Breakfast was OK for a light snack but the attendant had trouble keeping up with all of the people. Our room wasn't ever cleaned after the first night but overall well worth it.

The morning desk lady (Boss) ruined my stay, I would definitely give this place a 5* rating due to the evening lady, breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. My check in evening lady was amazing and gave me no problems with my wife’s esa animal and was very welcoming by passed the pet fee due to bold print yet the next morning the boss was there and during breakfast came up to me and only me and asked what room I was in, I told her and she didn’t say nothing but walked away and didn’t question anyone else(strange). The next day we headed home (4 hrs) the boss calls me when I am home trying to charge me a pet fee. Charging my card back to back. My wife had to lock her card just to make it stop. When I tried to call she was unprofessional and blew me off! Mind you this was a manager acting this way.

Room keycards did not work for us or other people staying at this location. The chair in our room was stained, and no cushioning left in the chair - completely worn out! Both of us were itching - not sure if from sheets? Maybe the laundry detergent used? My husband got some sort of bug bite. Air conditioning was SO loud, it kept waking us up. Breakfast was terrible, with only fruit option being green apples. Not like any other Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in! HORRIBLE experience! The only positive part was the kind and accommodating front desk staff.
