Courteous,friendly and excellent customer service from all staff members,beautiful decor fitting for the area but was disappointed that several water features were inoperable in the main lobby and more art work or horse sculptures,saddles,etc would be amazing
We also found the parking area to be poorly lit which could be a safety issue?
We booked a King suite with sofa sleeper but recieved a 2 double bed with sofa sleeper reason explained, that's all that's available
Mattresses felt like Motel 6 minus the bedbugs we hope

Did not use. Bartenders were not friendly. They need to be trained appropriately. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Always loved Embassy Suites for the interior garden / plants - this facility apparently under renovation - lots of empty planters - not as warm as usual. Daytime week day staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very nice - would be nice to have food available for lunch time and staff to service dinner.

The Staff was exceptional! The room was clean; however this is a very old property and is outdated. Really could use a remodeling.

Almost everything was very nice. I can't give it 5 stars because it is in need of an update. You can tell it's been around for a while. Nothing major just a little walorn.
