With outside temps in the twenties, the heater in our room didn't work - constant 68 degrees, in spite of two requests to have it fixed. Maintenance claims they fixed it but still no hear.

I love the style of this hotel, and everything was super clean and easy to navigate. The shower was huge and newly renovated rooms were really nice.

酒店的风格欧式、高级、典雅，房间非常宽敞，包括一个小客厅和卧室。床和枕头都很舒服、柔软、干净，最喜欢的是洗漱间，设计太贴心了，满足了住宿的各种需求，特别是墙上的两个挂钩，又好看又实用，可以说解决了大问题。不明白为什么好多酒店不能在浴室里配置几个类似的挂钩？唯一的不足是房间里没有免费的瓶装水。其他都非常满意。
从推开酒店大门开始，就被温柔的香氛和暖光氛围包裹，前台小姐姐笑着递上欢欢迎饼干，那句“一路辛苦了”听得人心里暖暖的～
房间比图片更惊喜！超大落地窗正对[城市/风景]，傍晚靠在懒人沙发上看日落，连呼吸都跟着慢下来～床品软得像裹着云朵，平时认床的我居然一觉睡到天亮，连空调风声都调得恰到好处，细节控狠狠爱了！
如果硬要说缺点…大概是退房时舍不得走啦！下次来这里，这儿肯定还是我的首选～✨
工作人员非常友善，而且我的房间也很棒。
室外游泳池离垃圾箱太近了。
房间不错，但空调噪音太大。
停车位充足，也很方便。大多数客人都非常友好且彬彬有礼。
我们周五住的同一层楼，有些客人很不礼貌，不停地进进出出，敲门又摔门。真希望工作人员能介入一下。对于那些把车停在酒店门口（堵住了本来就很狭窄的空间）的客人来说，情况也是如此，而这个地方本来应该是装卸货物和离开的地方。
酒店不错，干净安静，员工服务及时。
从酒店后门走到泳池边，闻到一股化粪池或垃圾的气味，如果周围有树木/灌木散发着芬芳，气味可能会不那么明显。
泳池区域虽然没有打理，但也很干净——毛巾架里的毛巾似乎不够用，不过只要多要一些就行了。
我们住了两晚，唯一的抱怨是我问客房服务人员要了额外的毛巾，结果他们忘了，而且咖啡吧也没有补给。
我们一定会再来的。
我喜欢酒店内部的开放感，虽然装饰是深色的，但绝对不会显得昏暗或过时。
