The whole experience was levels better than expected with airport hotels. Staff were good, very helpful and pleasant, just lobby area alone sold me on the stay, room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than many actual restaurants we see today, older lady running in put heart into the food it showed, found my new favorite name when traveling.

First of all, I have to say the staff were very nice, but the condition of the building was poor. Are all kinds of broken things that needed to be repaired.
I hope my management sees this and does something about it. Thank you very much.

Hotel is great for families. The Landing is a 2 minute walk from the hotel for food, drinks, and kick back.

I used to love staying here, then all of a sudden you have to pay $10.00 per day for parking? I get providing your license plate number and vehicle description. But paying for parking seems excessive.

It's conveniently located and at least because it's a suite with 2 bedrooms, my whole family was accommodated together which makes it easier. Breakfast is ok but no other option besides pork. Although there are a lot other choices.
Most hotel has free parking, this one charges $10 per vehicle per night so we paid extra for 2 vehicles we had. The phone has no dial tone, the front desk said they have no maintenance to fix it. One of the bedroom's bathroom won't flush. The front desk said they have no maintenance on weekend so he just gave us a plunger and my son was the one who fixed the problem. Motel rooms has amenities of at least free water, this suite room had nothing but coffee and tea with no filter available for the brewer. Quite limited amenities in the kitchen.
But we did enjoy our stay as a family.

Really liked the spacious rooms. Didn’t like the fact that check in starts at 3 but room wasn’t ready until an hour later. But overall great!

It depends on how many people get late check outs, how many housekeepers we have and how many rooms they have to clean. These things combined can lead to a delay in having the rooms ready at 3pm. Mini Vacay with My Angels 💖
We had a very nice stay . The room was very large . Two separate bedrooms and a living room and kitchen area. Two bathrooms . The outdoor pool was clean and the basketball court was a plus !! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety . Staff was courteous .

The kitchen sink was stopped up and the trash compactor was not working. Reception desk told us that there was no one after 6 pm to fix the sink.
The air conditioner has no thermostat. There is only and off and on button.
The room was spacious.
