Parking fee is something that we could no longer avoid. You will find this is something that all hotels will be doing. Most around us do charge as well.

I liked the breakfast very hearty and good, the only thing I didn’t like is they charge for parking $10 per night. Maybe because your close to the airport but if you’re a guest they should not charge.

酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us. We do charge $10 for parking for a list of reasons. Main reason being our proximity to the airport. Even as a guest with free parking, some people will take advantage and leave their vehicle for extended periods of time while traveling. They stay with us before their trip and after their trip, leaving the vehicle here. This results in not having ample parking for our guests when the hotel is full, which we often find to be the case. It is new, so we haven't been able to do the things we intend with these funds yet. Parking fees allow us to do things to enhance the parking area. Vehicle safety, maintenance and other items are things we can allocate these funds to specifically improving your stay and the stay of others. I am sorry for the inconvenience but again, appreciate you choosing us.

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and very welcoming. Room size was good but some bed sheets were still dirty with stains and drain was slow backing up water in bathroom sink and tub.
Heater worked excellent for visiting in the month of November. One thing they did charge was a $10.00 for parking per night something that was not disclosed when booking.

It was apparent the room was not vacuumed upon entry. There were crumbs and other debris on the carpet throughout the room. Just a little disappointed.

Our stay might have been very brief but the care at all levels at this hotel, very conveniently located just minutes from the ABQ airport, was astounding. The survey doesn't mention the VERY helpful shuttle service that added that much more convenience to an already-comfortable stay. intended for the business traveler, this hotel nonetheless caters to the casual traveler and our stay was a very good one. As we ate the breakfast featuring a variety of healthy offerings, we couldn't help but notice the basketball court and the (covered because it was November!) pool. The amenities are plentiful and we cannot recommend this hotel and its caring staff more highlyl.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Cooking area had obvious signs of recent cooking, splatters on the wall.
Bathroom had hair in it, not a great job with the cleaning department.
White curtains looked like pizza oil had been spilled on them. Just not a very clean experience.
New paid parking for hotel was a major turn off. We've been here just a year ago and they implemented this about 5 months ago. Add $10 a night to your stay for the total cost. :(

We didn’t like having to pay for parking each day. It wasn’t gated for security, so why charge the fee?

First and foremost, as an airport property, people will choose to park in our parking lot instead of paying for parking at an airport parking lot. This includes guests that will park, go on vacation, and come back. Being by the airport and by a major highway, vehicles are abandoned and we can't quickly identify it without having a way to monitor the parking lot. That is where the parking comes into play. It is monitored by a third party. They can notify us quickly about anything unusual going on. In addition, we will be using the funds towards property improvements that benefit people that have vehicles and would not be fair to add to all rooms. We hope to see you again.

Most of the hotel staff was nice except one time when I called and the lady was rude. But other than that it was great! The floors were pretty filthy though.
