If you can't get a room on the parking lot side...you're going to listen to even loud exhaust on the I40 side. We stayed here twice...once on the parking lot...the other on the I40 side... Night and day difference. Its a clean amazing place to stay...but always request the north side or go somewhere else.

The room was so clean! Nothing was dusty, and the restroom was spotless. Customer service was wack. I felt invisible....but I guess some would like that. I'll be back either way.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean, quite, and nice. The only thing that was negative is that on the last day, around 9:30 am, there was a never ending knocking on the door. I said twice "I'm coming" but it continued until a opened the door. A lady said: sorry, room service. If I have to leave the room at 11 am, I would appreciate it if I could continue resting until 10:30 or even be undisturbed until 11!!!!

The front office staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The location of the hotel does impact sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper. Right next to the interstate where them “Euro-exhaust” can be heard at all hours of the night. Nonetheless, great place.

Upon check in the employee was a little rude. Unlike other properties I've stayed at she was informative about any of the amenties. The room was bleh. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, it did not lock, the bed was springy and the pillows were trash. Everything that was here closed at 10pm. I will not be staying here again.

Parking was very limited especially since a portion of the lot was closed off. The only available parking space was across from the property at the adjacent building.
Also the person checking us in (late check in) announced it was his last day working there, was not very interested in giving us any property details regarding amenities. Location was very convenient to park and ride mall for balloon festival therefore will likely return again but plan on an earlier arrival.

We had a chirping fire detector the night we arrived and the following night. and asked that it be repaired. No one responded to that request. It was annoying.
