We had a chirping fire detector the night we arrived and the following night. and asked that it be repaired. No one responded to that request. It was annoying.

Rooms were so clean. The beds were very comfortable and restful. The staff were friendly and welcomed my family. However, the parking lot was limited. Some lots were blocked off with cones.

Left something to be desired
This hotel didn’t quite live up to the cleanliness of other Hilton Garden Inns. The property is getting a bit run down. The elevators have been trashed. The front desk associate was outside vaping and his face was glued to his cell phone when we arrived. He gave me the creeps. The associate the next morning seemed much more professional.

Nice and clean
Hotel was nice and clean, was happy that they allowed pets, room was clean and nice. The only problem is the breakfast and having to pay for it. First time I’ve had to do that.

Amazing! Staying here was one of the highlights of our visit to San Antonio! The people who are running the place are wonderful and the rooms are also wonderful!

Liked: room, lobby, etc. updated, clean, well done. Pool was very nice, perfext temperature.
Disliked: hot tub by the pool was yellowish brownish and smelled bad too. Text interaction at first seemed cool, but then apprared to be automated when no follow-up came about the hit tub, ine of the main amenities we had hoped to use. "Free" breakfast should just be skipped. Items were $10-$17, paid $26 for 2 up front, tax and tip not included unless you just got the buffet which was underwhelming. There were different levels of breakfast depending on points etc., and no staff member could tell us whuch items were "free".
